A highly respected specialist, David is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years’ experience of conducting rent reviews and lease renewals in the retail and leisure property sectors throughout the UK.
He is often asked to act as an Expert Witness, giving evidence to arbitrators and independent experts in relation to rent review disputes and to the courts in respect of lease renewals.
He regularly receives both private appointments and invitations from the President of the RICS to act as the dispute resolver in the capacity of both Arbitrator and Independent Expert. He is a member of Arbrix and Index and an RICS-accredited mediator.
