Clive specialises in town centre retail acquisitions, disposals and shopping centre asset management throughout Great Britain. In his 20 or so years in the retail sector he has advised both retailers and landlords alike and has the ability to listen and understand the bespoke and differing needs of both.
Clive is able to offer a comprehensive service including acquiring or disposing of retail space and advising on future or existing property portfolios.
Interests:
Clive is a member of Denham GC, retired rugby player, bump skier and armchair sports critic. His official weekend duties include chauffeuring his wife and daughters to a shopping location of their choice.
