Allen is an expert in statutory valuations, with considerable experience in lease advisory, business rates, compulsory purchase and Red Book valuations across all sectors, but predominately retail properties throughout the UK.

He advises a wide range of clients, from institutions and large corporates to family businesses, both retailer and landlord, and is also regularly called on to act as an expert witness for third party and court referrals.
