Mike is one of the UK’s leading experts in garden centre property. He has negotiated countless deals including conceiving the 100,000 sq ft Bicester Avenue development, the UK’s most successful garden centre development, bringing traditional high street retail names to the garden centre sector. He has been an advocate of garden centres, generating more revenue through better use of freeholds and has helped to encourage the industry to embrace sale & leasebacks.
Mike has over 15 years specialisation in the buying, selling and leasing of garden centre businesses throughout the UK and the provision of development consultancy advice to garden centres. He also provides sub-letting and concession advice to garden centres.
Mike is placed 31st in Garden Retail’s Power 50 List of the most influential people in the UK’s garden centre sector.
